Our Yin Yoga for Runners class is specifically designed for the Dartford running community. Unlike a typical flow, we focus on deep, long-held stretches that target the connective tissues, hips, and hamstrings—the areas that work hardest during your run. Why join us? No yoga experience (or flexibility!) required. Just bring your tired legs and a mat.

Booking Policy & Terms and Conditions To ensure the best experience for everyone in our Dartford Yoga community, please review our policies before booking.1. Booking & Payments: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via our online system to secure your spot. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted at the studio.2. Cancellation & Refund Policy 8-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 8 hours before the class starts to receive a full class credit. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 8 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-Shows: If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the class fee will be forfeited.3. Arrival & Studio Etiquette: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. To maintain a peaceful environment and for safety reasons, late arrivals will not be admitted past the 15-mins mark or once the door is locked. While mats and props are provided, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please wipe down studio equipment after use using the sanitiser provided.4. Health & Safety: By booking, you confirm that you are in good physical health and fit to practice yoga. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the class begins. Our mixed-level yoga may involve longer holds and the use of props; please listen to your body and move at your own pace to avoid injury.5. Personal Property: The studio is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought to the premises.6. Changes to Classes: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class (e.g., instructor illness), you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a transfer to a future date.
