Your Visit to tORS Dartford Studio

We believe the journey to wellness starts the moment you arrive. Here is a guide to help you prepare for your yoga or reformer pilates class in Dartford.

🗓️ Booking & Cancellations

  • Do I need to book ahead?

    • Yes. The One Room Studio is boutique, with just 4 Reformers and 12 Yoga mats, so spots fill fast.

  • Our yoga classes welcome all experience levels. Simply let your instructor know if you need any posture modifications.

  • For Reformer Pilates, please follow our class progression guidelines:

    • Beginners: Start with our Essential Reformer classes.

    • Intermediate: Progress to Essential/Intermediate after completing at least 10 Essential sessions.

    • Alternative: You can stick with Essential classes, and our instructors will happily adapt the movements or spring tension for you.

  • How do I book classes?

📍 Location & Parking

  • Opening times: Everyday different schedule here

  • Address: Unit 86 Basepoint Dartford, Victoria Rd

  • Parking onsite is free for 1 hour only

  • Alternative parking:

    • Prospect Place - about 5 mins on foot, exit on foot at B&Q side gate

    • Westgate Car Park - about 10 mins on foot, £1 for 2 hrs

! Please arrive with ample time to secure parking and to settle in the studio

☕ In-Studio Experience

  • Waiting area: There are cubbyholes for shoes, jackets and bags. Shoes off at the practice area please.

If the door is locked, this means sessions are on-going. Please wait.

  • There is a toilet in the studio

  • All equipment (Yoga or Reformer Pilates) provided, Please wipe these down with the provided disinfectant after each use

  • Pantry: 

    • Donation-based (£1 or more) coffee and tea post practice

    • Please wash cups and dispose of capsules or teabags after

    • Feel free to bring your own take-away cups

  • Shower facilities

    • these are available in a different building​

    • Please wear grippy socks for Reformer Pilates session

  • Co-working

    • ​This may be available on an ad-hoc and short period basis​

  • Cancellation Policy

    • 12 hrs for Reformer Pilates, 8 hrs for Yoga
